When your download will not start, or an error message shows up saying you do not have enough storage space for it, this is sometimes caused by the download manager not detecting enough cache in your web browser. You can turn off the download manager in your account dashboard: https://jastusa.com/my-account and try redownloading.

Otherwise, it might also be a software or network connectivity issue. Sometimes this will be shown as a `ERR_CONNECTION_RESET` error in your browser. Other times, download will look like it's starting, but the download will be blocked or have an error.

The most common cause is from antivirus software from getting in the way (such as Bitdefender). If the file is blocked, please try using a different internet browser or pause your antivirus software and add an exception for the JAST website. It may also be caused by a firewall or other network-level security. You can test your connection by trying to access the JAST website on a different network (like a mobile hotspot) to check if the download starts normally.
